The design inspiration for this guest bathroom started with the client's favorite color, robin's egg blue. We designed a new custom vanity, storage cabinet, and mirror in that hue. White tile walls and floors created a neutral backdrop for the color and let the cabinetry take center stage and attention.
Touches of iridescence in the tile on the sink backsplash, tub, and shower add a sophisticated shimmer. The hand-blown, Italian glass sconces on both sides of the vanity, and white glass hardware on the cabinets finish the look the way a string of pearls does an outfit.
Once old and dated, this bathroom is now dazzling and chic.
